What Are The Core Beliefs Of

plano's #1 pelvic Pain Expert
Dr. Danielle Bailey?

These fundamental beliefs are the cornerstone of Dr. Danielle Bailey and her team’s approach at our Plano clinic. Our methods aim to restore you to a pain-free life, enabling you to embrace an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

BELIEF #1 – There Is Always A Root Cause
My strongest belief is that every health issue has a root cause, and this is especially true when it comes to pelvic pain. Pelvic pain is not something that happens randomly or without explanation – it’s the body’s way of signaling that something deeper needs attention. Whether it’s muscle imbalances, past trauma, or other underlying conditions, there is always a reason behind the discomfort. By identifying and resolving the true source of the issue, I can help patients achieve lasting relief and work toward their overall health goals naturally and holistically.
BELIEF #2 – Patients Deserve To Feel Valued
One of my priorities is creating a space where my patients feel truly valued and cared for. Many people who come to 360 PT and Wellness have had negative experiences in the past – they’ve been dismissed, overlooked, or made to feel like their concerns weren’t valid. That’s why it’s so important that every patient feels heard the moment they walk through the door. I take the time to listen carefully, not just to what they’re saying but to the underlying emotions and struggles t physical symptoms; it’s about building a relationship based on trust and compassion. In this safe and welcoming environment, patients are free to share their concerns, knowing that their voice matters.
BELIEF #3 – Patients Should Be Able To Make Informed Decisions
Another core belief of mine is that patients deserve to make informed decisions about their healthcare. Far too often, individuals feel lost in the healthcare system, bouncing from one provider to another, unsure of what’s truly going on with their health. That’s why education is such a central part of my approach. I believe in helping patients understand what’s happening in their bodies and why they’re experiencing pain or discomfort. By providing clear explanations, answering questions, and equipping them with the knowledge they need, I empower my patients to make choices that align with their goals and values. Choosing the right physical therapist is a deeply personal decision, and patients deserve to feel confident in their choice, knowing that they’re receiving care from someone who genuinely puts their health and well-being first.
BELIEF #4 – If Something Feels Wrong, It Is Wrong
I firmly believe that if something feels wrong, it is wrong. Pain and discomfort are not things we should simply accept as part of life. What’s more, they are signals from the body that something needs attention. Unfortunately, many people are told to “just live with it” or ignore their instincts, which can delay proper treatment and prolong suffering. I encourage my patients to trust themselves and listen to what their bodies are telling them. Don’t ignore the signs or push through the pain thinking it will eventually go away on its own. Pain and discomfort, whether physical or emotional, deserve to be acknowledged and addressed. You don’t have to live with pain – it’s a signal, not a life sentence – and we’re here to help you take the first step toward healing.
