Who Is
Dr. Danielle Bailey?

Dr. Danielle Bailey, owner of 360 PT and Wellness in Plano, TX, has 12 years of experience as a physical therapist. Specializing in pelvic floor therapy, she focuses on issues like pregnancy pain, urine leakage, and pelvic organ prolapse. With advanced training in women’s health, Danielle combines pelvic health and functional medicine to help patients achieve lasting wellness through personalized treatments.

Who is Dr. Danielle Bailey, and why does everyone want to see Her?

I’m Dr. Danielle Bailey, a pelvic health expert based in Plano, TX, serving the North Dallas area. I was born and raised in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, but now I call the Dallas-Fort Worth area my home. Personally, I’m married to an amazing husband, and we have four wonderful children together – two girls and two boys.

Some of my favorite activities I get involved with away from physical therapy include singing, going to musicals and concerts, traveling, reading, enjoying nature walks, and spending quality time with my family playing or watching films together.

In terms of my background: I’m a first-generation Haitian American. I was born in the U.S., but I’m deeply connected to my roots. I can speak my native language and love cooking traditional Haitian dishes.

One unique experience I’ve had is singing the national anthem at athletic events on ESPN during my college years – something I’ll always cherish.

What inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy was witnessing my late grandmother’s journey of recovery after she suffered a stroke. She had always been such an independent, vibrant woman who loved cooking and spending time with her family. Watching the stroke affect her was heartbreaking, but seeing the physical therapists help her regain her strength and independence was truly inspiring. It was then, at the age of 17, that I knew this was the profession I wanted to work in.

I graduated as a physical therapist, and during my schooling, I discovered a special passion for pelvic health and a severe lack of coverage in the local area that was leaving many women unsure of where to turn. In 2019, I launched my practice that focused on pelvic health and women’s health more generally. At first, I focused on providing mobile visits – traveling to the patient’s home to provide the treatment – but gradually transitioned to seeing patients in person at a birthing center.

That experience allowed me to grow my practice and serve my community at a higher level – a journey I’m incredibly proud of.

Dr. Danielle Bailey's elite level experience with Pelvic Pain

My elite-level expertise in pelvic health stems from my extensive clinical experience, advanced education, and patient-focused approach. With over 12 years in the PT profession, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions. My passion for pelvic health was further enhanced through post-professional studies at Texas Woman’s University, where I gained advanced training in women’s health.

What sets me apart is the integration of functional medicine into my practice. By addressing underlying causes of pelvic floor dysfunction – such as nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and lifestyle factors – I help patients achieve long-lasting results. This holistic approach has allowed many of my patients to fully recover from chronic conditions and enjoy improved overall wellness.

At 360 PT and Wellness, I combine clinical expertise, compassion, and innovation to provide unparalleled care, making me the leading pelvic pain expert in the Plano and North Dallas area.

what makes Dr. Danielle Bailey Different?

I have become known as the leading pelvic health expert in Plano, TX, for several reasons:

A Holistic Approach Through Functional Medicine

As a functional medicine practitioner, I specialize in uncovering the root causes of pelvic health issues using a holistic approach. Many of my patients come to me after years of frustration, trying various treatments that only address the symptoms rather than the underlying issues. With functional medicine, I examine the entire person and their specific circumstances – their lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, and overall health – to create a personalized plan that truly resolves their concerns. This approach allows us to tackle not just the immediate pain or discomfort but also the contributing ailments, ensuring long-term relief and a better quality of life.

Proven Results for Complex Cases

I have built a reputation for achieving real results, even for patients who have been told that surgery is their only option or have faced repeated failures elsewhere. Many individuals come to me after years of pain and frustration, feeling like they’ve tried everything with no success. By combining my expertise in pelvic health with functional medicine principles, I’ve been able to help patients who thought they had no hope. Whether it’s alleviating chronic pelvic pain or restoring function for daily activities, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right care can be.

Compassionate Care That Makes Patients Feel Heard

One of the biggest pieces of feedback I constantly receive from my patients is how valued and heard they feel when working with me. I believe that listening to my patients is just as important as diagnosing and treating their condition. Many come to me feeling dismissed or misdiagnosed by other healthcare providers. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel comfortable sharing their concerns. This open communication makes patients feel empowered and respected, allowing us to work together effectively to find solutions to whatever condition they may be suffering with.

Empowering Patients for Long-Term Success

While relieving symptoms is an essential part of my plans of care, my ultimate goal is to empower my patients to prevent their pelvic health issues from returning. Through education, personalized treatment plans, and a focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, patients gain the tools they need to maintain their progress long-term. This empowerment allows them to reclaim their lives and confidently enjoy the activities they love.
